This sauce was made for all our customers who said "Give us more maple sweetness and a bit more punch!".  As a result, we combined the great taste of Barrel Aged Bourbon with nearly twice the Maple Syrup of our "Smokey Habanero" sauce in order to create a very bold and unique flavor experience.

The amount of fresh habanero has been increased as well, to nearly 20% by volume!  As a result this sauce will have a bit more heat, but will not linger, thanks to the magic of Maple Syrup.
